Judge Napolitano: Paulista?

Over the years, I've noticed a libertarian/constitutionalist strain to Napolitano's opinions, but given his own Internet-only program at FoxNews.com, it comes out a bit more clearly:

    He's always been a libertarian, I first noticed it when he came out against the Patriot Act.
