Tragedy during takeoff

Pop musicians Travis Barker (former drummer of Blink 182) and DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein) were severely injured Friday night in an airplane accident that killed two flight crew members and two members of the musicians' entourage.

Reports indicate that a tire blew out on their Learjet, causing it to skid out of control at 80 mph on the runway at Columbia, S.C., where the plane had just been cleared for takeoff. Pilot Sarah Lemmon, 3l, co-pilot James Bland, 52, security guard Charles Still, 25, and Barker's assistant Chris Baker, 29, were killed instantly.

Always pray during takeoff.
