Hey, I live in Chicago and I can tell you that any true blue Chicagoan would (and should) take offense at your suggestion that Chicago is "one of the most corrupt cities on the planet."

Chicagoans take great pride in the fact that our fair city is THE MOST corrupt city in the world!
