Don't Threaten Dan, Griffin

Dan Riehl and I have an agreement to work together on the Jesse Griffin story. If we hadn't both been so blind with exhaustion today, we might have agreed to go with what we had about 6 p.m.

Me? You can ask anybody who's ever worked with me, I'm a hotheaded loose cannon. Dan is sensibly cautious, and here is one very important fact: I would never want to have Dan Riehl angry at me. Never threaten such a man:
As I've just received a threat which seems to be from Jesse Griffin and suggests lawyers are already involved, please refrain from making any comments here that suggest Jesse Griffin is guilty of any crime, particularly as regards children. I have suggested no such thing.
That is correct. I've got no idea what has been suggested. But let me explain something an editor told me a long time ago, "As long as you've got your facts right, they can't touch you." Please don't even try that threatening crap with me, Griffin.

  1. You are responsible for what is placed on your blog commentaries especially considering all submissions have to be approved before appearing. Indeed you have by proxy maliced and slandered Grph.

  2. I don't know what information you have but I hope that you post it really soon. I went on Dan's site and read that email that Jesse sent him, about "Watching" the Alaskan papers this week..what a looney tune, you can't watch papers, you read them. Good God what loons Sarah has to deal with in Alaska. Anyways, looking forward to your next post. Keep up the great work

  3. McCain,

Make sure you focus on Gryphen's assertion that the Palins "are to divorce." That statement implies imminence and was stated as fact as Gryphen indicated it wasn't a rumor.

Gryphen is now trying to focus on the other two allegations but make sure you keep the focus on the first one since that one is proven false as long as the Palins don't divorce imminently.

The source for the divorce assertion is irrelevant because it'll untrue as long as the Palins don't divorce imminently considering that Gryphen asserted that they "are to divorce."

  4. Griffin has a lawyer on retainer now.

The question is.. How to make the attorney bleed Griffin a slow death.

HAHAHAHAHAHA. Oh, that's funny. [wiping tears from eyes] RSM goes through and removes all hateful comments, thereby preserving his legal defense. Compared to the vile hate spewed from griff's blog? Seriously? LMAO. "Don't stoop to my level, guys, i mean it, i've got a lawyer..." Go back to the kiddie pool and wait for your momma, boys.

EXCEPT his attorney is not billing him. The works are pro bono due to the counsel's objection to the outrageousness of Palin's attorney original letter and Dan Tweeting he and Van Flein or in personal communication.

Should there be discovered Dan along with Van Flein used blogs to incite and slander...Cha Ching for Gryphen.

  7. LOL....oh, silly, silly Michelle, you truly are demonstrating how liberal parenting destroys a perfectly good human being.

Do you really think that anyone in their right mind is going to watch poor, poor Griffin rant about incitement and slander....without breaking out in peals of laughter considering what he himself wrote, commented and such on his blog?

Seriously, Michelle, once you leave your parents' basement, you're going to find out that people actually compare what you say and what you complain about with what you actually do yourself. Hopefully it won't be as painful as what is happening to your buddy Griffy.

Yea, that works out fine until there's any heavy lifting to be done on his part that cuts into the rest of his paying case load. Then you get dropped like a hot potato.
