ReplyDeleteReading this, I'm not sure Megyn Kelly gave due consideration that the message could be objectively seen as more proselytizing in nature than simply an expression of legally defined religious belief, which includes atheism. That being the case, I think an argument could be made that Washington State cannot display the atheist sign as written without violating the Establishment Clause.
I think Fox should turn it up a notch and put Hannity and O'Reilly together. Two didactic windbags for one hour instead of two.
