    R.S., believe me, I know! I regret voting for Gov. Benedict Arnold not once but twice. I have written it before and I am sure to do so again. The only difference between Gov. Benedict Arnold and the former Gov. Gray Davis? Gov. Benedict Arnold has a personality!
