Bill O'Reilly weathered a severe attack from Megyn Kelly. He was attempting to moderate the dispute with Lis Wiehl over whether or not the move to discipline Joe Wilson in the House was hypocritical.Confronted with references to Rep. Pete Stark calling George W. Bush a liar, Lis Wiehl resorted to the Gibson Doctrine. This blog has never heard of the Gibson Doctrine either, which is entirely the point.
It was truly a tough moment for O'Reilly. Years of hairsplitting had taken their toll, but he was willing to sacrifice one of the dwindling supply of follicles just for the sheer joy of being chewed out by Kelly for appearing to give Wiehl a pass on the point.
63% of male viewers admitted to living vicariously through O'Reilly.

Beck is overrated. If FNC wants ratings they'll give Megyn Kelly her own show with a pool party theme. Bathing suits optional.
ReplyDeleteHighest. Ratings. Evah!
Tell me you wouldn't watch Megyn Kelly and Sarah Palin sitting on the beach, in bikinis, discussing boring stuff like mid-east peace while they sip margaritas.
ReplyDeleteRating Bonanza!
I think I have a carrier in the television field.
Bill can't scrub himself clean, out out damn spot!
ReplyDeleteGood Stuff. Love that Megyn Kelly.
ReplyDeleteafter thinking much about this and watching it twice i come to the conclusion that Kelly’s hotness causes such an estrogenic shockwave that bo must concentrate on doing anything but just drooling and staring, her pouncing on Wiehl did nothing but cause his male primal instincts to kick in freezing him as he watched natural selection in action.
ReplyDeleteGawd I love Megyn Kelly. I thought she might deliver her ay right then and there!
ReplyDeleteOne wearies of the terminally self-referential O'Reilly. His smugness grows beyond tedious at times. But, truth be told, I am glad that he is there to gather in the ratings and I concede that he is far more watchable than that pantload Olberman or any of the clowns on [P]MSNBC.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, Megyn Kelly has it all: looks, brains, and a killer instinct. And the obvious Fox formula of sandwiching the talk show hosts with two babes is a winner.
Why, if Teddy were alive today, he'd probably quit his senate seat and become a host for Fox.
It doesn't help at all that Ms. Kelly had a point, as have dozens others.
ReplyDeleteThe democrats took the easy way out by dodging actually making a health-care bill that doesn't wreck the system, and went after Wilson for telling the truth about Obama.
Saying "Its true" doesn't make people believe your lie, Obama. Everyone is on to you. People on your side know you're lying as they have every intention of covering Illegals, and people on our side know you're lying because of the people on your side.
Now lets get back to democratic self-destruction. This is delicious!
Hey, Stacy, some of your 'homes from Rome are making good on an invite by NBC to audition for a new talent show.
ReplyDeleteGive 'em some love!
I'm not even a male, and I loved it. Love that Kelly!
ReplyDeleteI love Megyn Kelly! She was awesome last night. I'm with Sharon. When I watched it I kept thinking that somebody should get ready to catch that baby!
ReplyDeleteHaha. Having trouble with my B key!
ReplyDeleteKelly doesn't look pregnant.
ReplyDeleteHmmmmmm.....
Kelly rocks!
ReplyDeleteGotta love a fierce, stand up blonde. I wish Bill would have gotten out of her way, she was making mincemeat of that stupid bint.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Men are bad.
ReplyDeleteam I the only person who thinks Lis Wiehl is hot? I am not comparing her to Kelly (who makes my nethers happy) but come on y'all - Wiehl is sure nice and easy on the eyes
ReplyDeleteI have thought of this many times and I guess Kelly is indeed hot!
ReplyDeleteMmmmmm. Megyn Kelly. Schwing! About a solid 10 on the hotness scale.
