The Chinese are buying Hummer. They can make their own tanks . . .

  1. So are they getting the blueprints for the main military vehicle with that?

  2. Does the guy RSM linked to really think that China is capitalist? Their whole goal the past 20 years has been one of nationalistic expansion and this is just a further outgrowth of that. And it is part of the reason we are in the mess we are in. China has been sucking us dry and now the chickens are coming home to roost. So no, we shouldn't be selling any companies to China. We should be explaining to them that if they want to start spending those dollars either buy US goods or build plants here that hire US workers and sell goods to them. People forget that that is why so many Japanese auto makers build here. Reagan basically told the Japanese that trade isn't a one way street and if they wanted to keep selling cars here, they had to start doing some of the work in the US. Heaven forbid the government actually stand up for US industry.

BTW, this doesn't absolve the absolute mess of government regulations and taxation. However, the free trade zealots really annoy me. The people who spout this stuff are either already made men, academics, or think tank people. They don't have to face competition by $1.25/hour workers in some forsaken land or the importation of cheap skilled labor in areas like IT.

  3. We don't need to do one penny of trade with China. The only things it does is put our people out of work, destroy our own development of production and industry and makes our fascists richer.
it does nothing for us the real people. It empowers the economic fascist elite that rules North America,
    American rulers = China rulers.
    All one fascism.
    same same.
