    Bring the Free Employee Choice Act/Legislation (FECAL) on.
    This is not the kind of thing upon which you want to compromise.
    Embrace the suck, form the breadline, and let's allow hunger to teach the corporate 'we' a lesson.
    If we can't differentiate between stepping into a voting booth and stepping into a game of three card monty, then, like Head-On, apply directly to the forehead.

  2. Does the legislation also empower the union administration to run "open" ballots on general votes? If so, that would be a very destructive tool... guaranteeing that no dissent comes up from the rank & file.

    My memory is foggy: I recall [McGovern?] a Democrat rallying for secret ballots precisely to protect rank-and-file members from union bosses.
