Unions vs. reality

New slogan: "California, the Absurd State":
Two public employee unions on Monday sued Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to block his effort to furlough state workers in a cost-cutting measure as California's treasury runs out of money.
Last week, Schwarzenegger issued an executive order to require that all state employees take two unpaid days off each month starting in February. The governor said the measure is needed to conserve cash, with the state budget gap estimated to reach $42 billion a year and a half from now.
First, unions organized against capitalism. Next, they organized against taxpayers. Now? They're organizing against reality!

Really, what part of "we're running out of money" is so hard to understand? Where do these parasitical bureaucrats get the idea that they're entitled to employment at taxpayer expense?

sometimes your interpretation of events boggle the mind

unions organized to bargain for their fair value, corporations have to bargain for everything they buy, the buyer doesn't set the price the seller does

THAT is capitolism and you making believe unions organize against capitolism flies in the face of reality, it IS capitolism just not the capitolism industry cares to be a part of

a union forms a collective of the labor force so they can bargain for the laborers, corporations complain about the deals they themselves broker then they get people like yourself defending their call to give them welfare at the laborers expense

you lobbying for industry over labor boggles the mind, I understand why corporations don't want to pay their own bills but I can never understand how people fall for their propaganda and actually lobby against their own selves and children

but that is the power of corporate owned media and their bully pulpit

in case you didn't know it, this is a country that was formed by people for people, not for corporations though they surely have bought enough of our country to date and with bloggers like yourself are trying to buy more of it

    happy hildays to all
