Fire somebody, governor. Even if you can't identify the specific idiot who goofed this up, just pick someone on your staff who's given you less than 110% effectiveness and fire that person, as an example.

Congratulate her for what? Losing like he did in 1992? While I think he's probably an honorable man, at least to me he represents the country-club-primogeniture republicans that that believe they deserve there station in society and who have been nothing more that winners of the lucky sperm contest. So, back to the original question, why would he be calling her anyway?
