Roseanne vs. Rush

Brian Maloney listens to Roseanne Barr on Air America, so you don't have to:
That Rush Limbaugh, that guy I have to say. There’s another fat bastard that I opened up the door for huh? It really it really makes me mad because um he he goes and like, I opened up the channel for fat funny guys. I really did. That were blue collar and populist or whatever. He took the blue collar and like totally went the wrong way with it. So he is taking my mojo and like using it for satanic forces and I just don’t like it when people are working for Satan instead of God. I don’t like that.
Here's the audio clip:

As bad as Roseanne is at radio -- she has trouble speaking a coherent sentence -- at least you don't have to look at her.

The reason Roseanne was ranting incoherently against Rush? Limbaugh had caught grief from Denver-area media last month because of his offhand joke about "dreaming" that the Democrats' convention in Denver turns into a 1968 Chicago-style riot. But Rush subsequently called attention to Roseanne's much more (apparently) serious talk of causing "trouble" at the Denver convention.

As to prospects for mayhem in Denver, let's face it: The Democrats' alliance with the radical Left is a deal with the devil. This down-to-the-wire contest for the nomination has strained a lot of nerves, and if the Left is disappointed -- if somehow Hillary wins at the convention -- it's likely to get ugly.

In his role as Commander-in-Chief of Operation Chaos, Limbaugh obviously relishes the prospect of a disastrous Democratic donnybrook in Denver. But he didn't tell his listeners to incite or participate in violent disruptions; he was anticipating that Democrats would do it to themselves.

Given the self-destructive history of the Democratic Party's left wing (ask Obama's buddy Bill Ayers about left-wing self-destruction) a melee at the Denver convention is a perfectly reasonable expectation, and there's no reason why Rush shouldn't be gleeful at the thought.
