    When you are surrounded by enemies who want to commit genocide against you, even the women must fight, if the nation is to survive. There is nothing "unnatural" about it. Think of a momma bear or lion protecting her cubs. The Israeli women do not take up arms out of some American leftist feminist notion of wanting to "become men", but out of the desire to protect their children and the realization that given the numerical disparity between the Jewish people and their Muslim enemies in the Middle East, even the women must share in the responsibility of defending the country.
