ReplyDeleteOf course it will work. Employers will start abusively firing and re-hiring workers to score the tax credit, irritating the workforce, and driving up union membership.
This idea is a vast improvement over the Free Employee Choice Act/Legislation (FECAL).
If Young4Eyes can't see the beauty in this, bump him up to six, or even take him up to the full eight of a spider, for ultimate 'fairness'.
