Michael Moore: 'A big mess'

At Cannes, asked about his next film:

"Regardless of who the president is come November, we have a big mess, a big, big mess to be cleaned up, and I don't know whether it can be cleaned up."

A big mess that may be impossible to clean up? A film autobiography, perhaps?

Cannes is supposed to be about starlets sunning themselves topless on the Cote d'Azure. What's with all the freaking politics?
