While over at
Right Wing News, where I frequently cross-post, I noticed "
RWN's Short & Sweet Guide to Creating Your Own Blog," which offers some very useful advice to wannabes and newbies. Since I make a little scratch now and then as a "New Media consultant," I'm not going to give away for free all my proprietary knowledge, but here are two key pieces of advice:
- 1. Link me often. This will prevent bad kharma. As a friend, I'm useless, but you wouldn't want me as an enemy.
- 2. Christina Hendricks.
People pay good money for that kind of advice.
Better still, just find someone else's blog and comment there.
ReplyDeleteIn management theory, this is called 'delegation'.
You'll note that heavyweights such as Instapundit are having none of this. ;)
