Argentinian actress Josefina Scaglione, now portraying Maria in the Broadway revival of West Side Story (playing through Jan. 17 at the National Theater in DC), was discovered when the director was "mesmerized" after seeing her on YouTube.com.Well, she certainly looks mesmerizing. And they say she can sing, too.
