For South, a Waning Hold on National Politics

The mere fact that Bush speaks in a drawl has badly hurt the South's reputation. I'm a native Georgian, so trust me this isn't the first time I've been embarrassed by a Southerner in the White House.

    What we need is a backlash against the Northeast elites that have sodomized the economy.
    Oh, yeah, they own the mainstream media, too.
    Clever, if not wise, these elites.
