    Some of the banks were/are weak.

    Next you'll tell us that the sun rises in the East!

    The fact that Bernanke and Paulson were lying through their teeth when they made that announcement doesn't come as a shock.

    What IS shocking is that those two orangutans actually expected us to believe them.
