Me? I love the Constitution, but I still want those slimy perps to sweat the possibility that Andy Sipowicz is going to beat the crap out of them.

    Actually, I'm just against a solution that lets clearly guilty individuals go free. There has to be another way of enforcing the 4th Amendment that still punishes the guilty.
